Okaaay, little bit of gore, here. My first bit of fanart, too, or at least the first bit of fanart that I've bothered to publish.
Here we have Alice, done in chibi style (because I like making kickass characters cute and pudgy) from the first Resident Evil movie, and the classic line, "I'm missing you already."
Actually the best line is from much earlier in the movie:
Kaplan: What was all the shooting?
Rain: We found a survivor.
Kaplan: And you shot him?!
I have a weird sense of humor.
Done with pencil, Crayola markers, Neopiko markers, and a Pilot pen (because I lost my Bic T-T). Behold the shininess of her hair!
XD Okay, you really HAVE to watch the movies. Her so-called "husband" (real bastard) betrays her and tries to leave her for dead. So later, she breaks up with him... with mui prejudice. The little blurry thing is (supposed to be) her wedding ring.
Oooh, you must go see it. If you have any love for RE at all, you've GOT to go. It's got all the usual zombie-shoot-em-up goodness plus some interesting extras. Personally, it's my fav of all three.
Of course, all the diehard RE gamers think the movies are sacrilege, but for people who run screaming from the room within five minutes of turning on the games (i.e. me), the movies are great.
I soooooooooooooooooooooo want to seeeee it! but time and kids and money... and then there's the fact that I need someone there cause I scare terribly....
Not a diehard RE gamer here (I'll go running and screaming with you).
Ooooh! Amusing story (if I may... After seeing the first movie with a bunch of friends in the theaters, we went to eat (which is kinda funny in and of itself). We'd gone to a theater not in the usual hangout and so when we went to the food court at the connecting mall what should I see but...
Human Express....
I stared gaping at it, until the lettering focused correctly into Hunan Express. But still considering what we'd just seen, we were all rolling.
Every time I go to that mall and see that sign, it brings that back. XD

Badass as always, but I dare to ask, what is that in the blood?

But in all honesty, sometimes you just need a good ravenous zombie shoot-em-down, blow-em-up movie.

This is very, true and RE fits the bill so wonderfully. XD
